SCCHA is directed by June Motzer, RMT, NLP, CHT

June is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), a Clinical Hypnotherapist (CHT), a practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and author of the program and founder of the school. Since 1987, she has been practicing massage professionally in many different settings. June instructs the Integrative Massage, Deep Tissue and Sports Massage, Acupressure and the Bodywrap Courses.

She is a graduate of the Sierra School of Integrative Therapy in Auburn, California and the Acupressure Institute in Berkley, California. She has also completed Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, Foot, Hand and Ear Reflexology, along with other spiritual and communication workshops. June completed her apprenticeship in herbs at the Dry Creek Herb Farm in Auburn, California, NLP and Hypnotherapy at Anchor Point Institute, LLC. in Salt Lake City, Utah and is a California licensed cosmetologist.

She has worked in busy chiropractic offices and has owned her own successful business doing hair and massage. Throughout 1990-1995, June taught with Dr. James Mally, N.D. at The Healing Arts Institute in Roseville, California and at Sister Rosalind Gefre’s Professional Massage School in St. Paul and Rochester, Minnesota.

June’s dream is to share information that supports students’ paths in the creation of their own health for their bodies, minds and spirits.

Marge Bramer, CMT, Deep Tissue/Sports Massage instructor. Marge received her B.A. in Education from Mankato State University and attended the Body Definition School of Massage. She is a certified neuromuscular and myofascial release therapist. Marge is Deep Tissue certified and a certified infant massage instructor.

Roby Bybee, RPh, is the Assistant Director and instructs Related Business, Ethics & Communication. Roby attended North Dakota State University and graduated with a B.S. in Pharmacy. Roby practiced as a clinical pharmacist for 11 years specializing in cardiology and oncology. She continues to hold licenses in North Dakota and Indiana. Roby is involved with school public relations, advertising, and maintaining the school website.

Alan Frankel, DC, Anatomy, Physiology, and Pathophysiology. Dr. Frankel graduated from Northwestern College of Chiropractic in 2000.

Chris Janaky, CMT, Related Business, Ethics & Communications, Integrative Massage and Bodywrap. Chris graduated with a B.S. in Business from Mt. Senario College in 1993 and has been involved in owning businesses, and sales and marketing since 1994. Chris is also a massage practitioner and owns her own practice.

Joshua Shelton-Davies, Acupressure. Josh has studied Qi Gong with Master Chun Yi Lin since 1993 and is certified through Level IV Spring Forest Qi Gong. He was certified in Acupressure and studies Chinese Medicine through the Acupressure Institute in Berkeley, CA. Josh also practices Astrology, and began studying martial arts and Reiki healing as an adolescent.

Roxanne Kinderman, CMT, Integrative Massage and Related Business, Ethics & Communications. Roxanne has been in the massage community since 1981. She owned and operated her own business for 12 years and enjoyed teaching Community Education programs. She began teaching in 1993 and has been active in Minnesota politics surrounding massage therapy. She enjoys sharing all of her knowledge and hugs with all of her students.

Jill La Rue, RN, NCTMB, RMT, CHTP, instructs Anatomy, Physiology & Pathophysiology and CPR & First Aid, and Integrative Massage Therapy. She is a Registered Nurse, since 1979, with experience in large hospitals and small clinics. Jill has extensive work experience in the clinical area and education. She has her own massage therapy and Healing Touch practice.

David Mueller, RMT, Integrative Massage Therapy and Deep Tissue and Sports Massage. David directed a 600 hour massage certification program, supervised a student massage clinic, and taught massage therapy courses for 3 years. He has been a body worker/massage therapist since 1982.

Jenny Peni, Esthetician/CMT, Aromatherapy. Jenny has been practicing as a Massage Therapist and Esthetician since 1995. She managed a very busy day spa practice and clientele utilizing massage, skin care and clinical aromatherapy. Currently, she is practicing in California. Jenny has integrated aromatherapy into her practice and loves teaching the uses of different aromatherapy techniques that enhance her practice.

Ko Tan, Certified Reflexologist/CMT, Reflexology. Ko Tan practices and instructs in Atlanta, Georgia. He also teaches Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Qi Gong Therapy classes in addition to his very busy Reflexology practice.
